Kingdom Way Creations

Terms of Service — Kingdom Way Creations.

Scope: These terms apply to purchases once the store opens. Today, use of this site is limited to browsing and joining the drop list.

These terms are a contract between you and Kingdom Way LLC ("Kingdom Way Creations"). By placing an order, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older, or a parent or guardian buying for a child, and authorized to use the payment method.

Orders:

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for unavailability, inventory or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment failure. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund you to your original payment method.

Prices and payment:

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. If a price is listed in error, we may correct it and cancel the affected order with a full refund.

Products:

Our books are printed on demand. Colors and pages may vary slightly from what you see on screen. The recommended age range (6–12, enjoyable for teens and adults) is a recommendation, not a guarantee of any educational outcome.

Intellectual property:

The content, artwork, and branding on this site and in our books belong to us or our licensors. Buying a book gives you a personal-use copy; it does not give you the right to copy, resell, or redistribute the artwork or text.

Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Disputes:

Please contact us first at kingdomwaycreations@outlook.com so we can try to resolve any issue. These terms are governed by Ohio law, and disputes will be handled in Ohio courts.

Promotions:

Any promotion we run is governed by its own Promotion Terms, which are part of these terms.

Changes:

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be posted here.
