Privacy Policy — Kingdom Way Creations.
Last updated: October 2026. Kingdom Way LLC ("Kingdom Way Creations," "we," "us") operates this store. Contact us at kingdomwaycreations@outlook.com for any privacy question or request.
What we collect:
The site currently offers only a drop-list signup. When you join, we collect your email address, your consent to join, the place on the site where you signed up, and a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of your IP address used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. If you contact us by email, we keep your message and contact details.
How we use it:
To send drop-list emails as you consented to, prevent abuse of the signup form, and answer your messages.
Who receives it:
Signup details are stored with our database provider, Supabase, which hosts the drop list on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it:
Marketing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Security:
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children:
This site and our email list are for adults and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights:
You may ask us to access, delete, or correct your personal information by emailing kingdomwaycreations@outlook.com. If you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, contact us and we will honor them as required by law.
Changes:
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.
