Scope: These terms apply to purchases once the store opens. Today, use of this site is limited to browsing and joining the drop list.
How your order is made and shipped:
Our books are printed on demand. Printing typically takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships. Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories varies by carrier.
Shipping costs:
Shipping is free on orders of 3 or more books within the contiguous United States. Orders of 1–2 books, and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, are charged carrier-calculated shipping at checkout.
If we can't ship on time:
If we learn we cannot ship within the stated time, we will email you before the deadline with a revised ship date and the choice to wait or cancel for a prompt full refund.
Damaged, misprinted, or defective books:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery, with photos if possible, at kingdomwaycreations@outlook.com. We will replace the book or refund you in full. For defective books, return postage is prepaid.
Change of mind:
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Books must be unused and resalable. You pay the return postage, and we will refund the book price to your original payment method.
Promotion refunds are separate:
Refunds under our every-10th-book promotion are governed by the Promotion Terms, not this page.
